What does the parking setup include?
Every apartment home comes with a tandem for two cars: a private covered garage stall plus a reserved space directly in front of it. Both are included in rent.
Are all twelve apartment homes the same layout?
Nearly identical — all twelve follow the same two-bedroom, one-bath floor plan, with most simply mirroring it and only minor differences between them. No studios, no compromise units.
What appliances are included?
Every apartment home includes a stainless steel appliance suite: refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher.
What are the qualification requirements?
Applicants qualify with combined income of three times the monthly rent, and the same screening standards apply to every applicant. A guarantor with strong credit and three-times income may be considered.
Can I tour a residence online?
Yes — the Residences section above has an interactive floor plan and 3D walkthrough of the typical apartment home, including a guided tour mode. To experience it in person, request a private tour at any time.
